Keep your Microsoft tools in the workflow.

Connect supported Microsoft email and a selected Outlook calendar, with separate permissions for each.

Selected access.
Agreed actions.

A connection with a purpose.

Email and calendar access serve different purposes. An email connection lets Feleo work with supported mailbox enquiries. Calendar access is set up separately, so connecting mail never silently grants booking permissions.

A practical path forward.

We agree the scope before enabling a live workflow.

  1. 01

    Authorise the account

An authorised owner completes the Microsoft sign-in and consent flow.

  2. 02

    Choose the scope

Confirm the mailbox or select one editable calendar, timezone and booking windows.

  3. 03

    Grant actions deliberately

Calendar tools are assigned explicitly; connection alone does not activate them for agents.

What to prepare

  • A compatible Microsoft account with the required permissions.
  • The mailbox or calendar owner and an agreed purpose.
  • Rules for review, disconnection and uncertain operations.

The scope, clearly stated

The calendar connection currently supports one selected calendar, availability and scoped booking/cancellation. It does not send attendee invitations or continuously mirror every external calendar edit. Microsoft remains an additional provider in the data path.

What we evaluate together

Test a representative enquiry and, where authorised, a controlled calendar operation. Verify access revocation and the team process for ambiguous outcomes before launch.
